@live.utm.my is an official mail address for UTM graduates. Students mail is powered by Microsoft Live@edu. It use Live ID to login to Students webmail. Live ID is based on your email address.

To use Live webmail,
- Go to http://acid.utm.my/checkacid.php to check for your email address
- Put in your matric id (e.g. PM123456) or IC/Passport Number in provided box, then click Submit. A result page with your detail will be prompted.
- For example if your username in ACID is
ACID Username : aali2
email address : aali2@live.utm.my
so your Live ID is aali2@live.utm.my - Go to http://mail.live.com, or click this image
. - Put in your Live ID and Password to Login to UTM webmail.
- Live ID : aali2@live.utm.my
- Password : IC no or passport number
*When first login, you need to change the default password. Please remember this password
